When adding another night on the end of the trip we had to go back down to the front desk in orser to process the payment.
Would have been much easier and more convenient if we were able to have them add a night by telephone in the room.
Non smoking room reeked of pot. Telephone and light not functioning. Took 4 days for deposit to be returned to my account.
Parking was ridiculously far from room. Not positive but believe pick pocketed while sitting at bar. Over all staff were attentive and friendly.
